My interview on iDeveloper podcast, and the new Flint site

Interview / iOS

This week I was lucky enough to be interviewed by Scotty on his and John’s excellent iDeveloper podcast. This means I also made the flint.tools website live!

In the podcast we talked about the origins of the ideas behind Flint and the basic shift in thinking it leverages to do all the cool stuff for you automatically. I really enjoyed it and I think it’s a great intro for anybody who doesn’t quite understand Flint yet. If you’re not already subscribed to the iDeveloper podcast, you can hear the episode online here.

I’m pleased to have got the basic flint.tools site together now, including the how-to guide documentation and the jazzy-generated API docs. There’s also new blog there for Flint announcements.

I have more plans for layout and content improvements over time, as well as some how-to screencasts, but… all in good time!
